WOW! Our surgery date is fast approaching! I know that I have been counting the days with nervous excitement so I know you are, too! I feel like July 1st will be my new "BIRTHDAY"! On the "other side" of surgery, we will be BIG LOSERS! I just know it! God bless and hang in there! Sheila

Hi Lisa, We share the same surgery date(7/1/02). I'm at the I.U.Medical Center with Dr.Gomez. I'm a revision. I had the Gastroplasty done 17 years ago. I lost 125 lbs but I vomited all the time. My surgeon that I had back(not practicing anymore) ofered NO nutritional support. I had nothing offered to me like we have now. My staples have come completely loose. If I can be of any help to you post-op or pre-op let me know. I live in Indianapolis also. Hope to hear from you soon. Have a great week-end. Patricia
