"My first impression was one of competence and compassion. I also felt that while Dr. Capella will help me he will also not "sugar coat" (bad choice of words) what I need to hear. My Impression has not changed since I first met him.
The office staff has been friendly and nice.
I had surgery on 1/27/05 and I have to say Dr. Capella put me at ease when he came to see me the morning of surgery. He came to see me again the morning after surgery and even joked with me that I wouldn't have a scar making me smile even while laying there. While all doctors have associates and many of them will do rounds and even discharge you from the hospital Dr. Capella took the time to call me on the day of discharge to talk with me, ask me questions and explain what would be happening in regards to discharge. This personal touch has endeared him to me forever as that was the time I needed him most (before venturing into the real world without someone taking care of me)
The Nursing staff at the office are amazing they have answered my questions and called me back quickly when I called."
