Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

Hello Connie.....Well, can you believe it? Your big day is finally coming up. Isn't it nice to see your name up this month!!!!! You are going to be so happy with the "NEW" you! Just remember your recovery has alot to do with how you "think" your going to do. Just think positive and you will do GREAT! Everyday gets better and better........ May the Lord guide Dr.Aguirre's hands on your journey to the other side. :)
