Sayeed Ikramuddin

"Dr. Ikramuddin is my angel. He has an excellent track record and great bedside manner. I liked him right away because he seemed down to earth. He's not pompous. When I first started my journey there was a new assistant in the office. She was kind of grumpy. Then she left and the one there now is so nice. The greatest thing the doc did for me was telling post op that the hard part was just beginning. He came in my room and sat down for just a few minutes. I knew he was bone tired and that made it mean so much more. I don't know that I would have started on an exercise program without those words from him. He told me that I needed to get my heart rate up to see good results. There are many competent surgeons out there but I don't know that many have the level of professionalism AND compassion that Dr. I has. On a scale of 1-10 I would HONESTLY rate him a 10."

"I really felt the nurses and other staff cared about me. There always someone checking in on me. I also me with a Physical and Occupational Therapist. I was on the 6th floor because 7 was under construction. The GB patients are usually on 7 so I think if I were up there I would have seen more people in my shoes. There were all types of people on my floor. That was ok though. I ended up with my own room! The halls were carpeted and that really helped with the noise level."
