Gwen WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS. Gwen, I've been doing much the same. I keep trying to regulate myself and then fall off the wagon again! But then I get back on and eat protien and cut the carbs. My doctor told me not to diet beofre the surgery because a large weightloss can upset your nitrogen levels. Congrats on your surgery!!
