Hi Cheryl! Sorry to hear about the change in surgery date. Just hang in there and get better. Being in good health for surgery is so important, so just look at this as a little bump in the road and don't worry. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for a successful, problem-free surgery and recovery. Well ... I want to thank everyone for the well wishes ONE more time, however-my surgery date has been rescheduled AGAIN. I still had bacteria growing and I had to take more meds. I should have updated sooner, this all has just been a little overwhelming and somewhat depressing. At one point, I thought-just forget it...I am SO proud my Surgeon goes the extra mile, but this has gotten tiring, expensive and very hard mentally. Not to mention the trips alone. Whew. My new date is the 18th of Sept as of right now. I go for another EGD on the 12th. Keep your fingers crossed.
