Once I completed the extensive package and they called for my first appointment, I was so excited and couldn't wait for my visit. I took the whole day off of work and so did my fiance'.
I was most impressed with the office staff and their knowledge and organization. They really focus on the nutritional aspect and aftercare. On our first visit, we met with Dr. Thoburn, the insurance co-ordinator and also the nutritionalist. I didn't feel rushed by any of them.
I had a page long, typed list of questions and Dr. Thoburn was EXCELLENT about answering each question. I'm thrilled and can't wait for insurance approval so I can get a surgery date!"
