Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. We both wish you all the luck in the world with your recovery too. We BOTH had open rny's in 2001. Mine (Doug, aka: OLD RODEO CLOWN PANTS) was in Oct and I have lost 215 lbs. My sweet wife, Nancy, had her surgery in June and she has lost 110 lbs. One proud Angel here.... You go girl, I am so happy for you! I am very happy that God let us meet, become friends & Angels to each other! Now, take care of that upset tummy & get yourself healthy & strong for this life changing surgery. Hopefully, I won't be far behind you... Then, we'll be 2 beautiful, thin Angels... HEHE! Sally - you posted that there were not any support groups in Houston, I'm not sure if you meant in your AREA but there are several groups in Houston. I'm seeing Dr. Naaman also if you go to www.groups.yahoo.com - and type in Houston RNY - you will see the sites.... [email protected] is a great site... alot of Dr. Naaman's patients are on here. Also they have meetings once or twice a month over close to his office.... let me know if you need further information on this OK... Cheers, TT
