"As a nurse I noticed a few things they could have done better but the lay person would not notice these. Overall the care was very good. One thing they could improve on is to coordinate their nighttime chores and come in together to get them done instead of waking me up every 30-45 min for each individual chore, ie. vital signs, finger stick blood sugars, assessments, etc."

"I have just had one visit with the Dr. I worked with Patty at the LiveLite Center in Junction City, KS and that office was a great deal of help, they did all the insurance paperwork (approved with first letter), set up my appointment with the surgeon, and answered almost all my questions. The visit with the Dr went very well. I had done a lot of on-line research so I really only had a few questions for him. I had an hour office visit and did not feel rushed at all. My husband went with me and felt reassured by the time we left. I feel very confident in his ability as a surgeon. My surgery is Feb 3,03 (coming up fast). So far I would recommend this Dr and feel his office staff have been very helpful in educating me."
