"Preop - 11/5/02 - Dr. Macatol is a fine surgeon with many years experience. His concern for his patients is overwhelming and refreshing. He treats his patients as humans and not as another dollar walking through the door. I had some concerns about the type of incision he was going to perform. I brought my concerns to him, he happily answered my questions and explained in detail why he was chosing the particular incision he wanted to use. I felt like he really listened to me...and to top it all off, he called me back 3 times that day to make sure he could answer my questions. He finally reached me at 9:30pm. He didn't give up.
