Hi Tammy. I wish you a safe journey and a speedy recovery. Please remember to walk. I know your back hurts but maybe if you can do it on a treadmill it might help. Please drink lots of water. May the angels watch over you and we shall see you on the losing side. All my best, Cheri [email protected]

Only 1 week till Tammy's surgery day. Everyone send her kind words, I know she is getting very scared. All you post-ops remember how you felt days before surgery! You will do great Tammy, you are in great hands with Dr. Wongsa!
