Tien Chin Ho
"Nov 5. At this point, the only experience w/ Dr. Ho is PRE-surgery. I've found her to be very warm, friendly, and open. During my first meeting with her, she was accompanied by a student observer. I didn't mind, but some people might find that uncomfortable. She didn't rush the appointments, and was very thorough. I'll update this section with further impressions as I go through the pre-surgery testing and surgery experience. I have to say, the back office staff is amazing at Valley Surgical. Jessica in particular has been extremely helpful, no matter how many times I call, (and I DO CALL)she's ready to help with any questions. "
