Hello Carla - <b>Congratulations, </b>your special day is almost here! I suspect you are experiencing a range of emotions right now. The week before my surgery I was on a natural high, almost a euphoric state of mind. I couldn't believe I was getting that "second" chance ...to LIVE life again. (I had my surgery 8 months ago and have since lost a 150 pounds, only 50 more to goal!!) I wish you all the success and happiness that comes with being healthier and thinner. Sure, there can be a few challenges along the way, but no worse then sitting on the sidelines - confined by our overweight shells. You're about to break free, enjoy and embrace all the wonderful "moments" that come with this journey. hi Carla, it just so happens tha Dr Oh is my surgeon also. He does and excellent job with EGD, I slept through the whole thing and wasnt tired arter words. No soar throat no nothing, was like nothing even happen. I hope your experience goes just as well. Warmest whes ****Amanda
