Welcome Beth to Amos. I'm a little further in my journey then you, I'm waiting insurance approval, but I'm so glad to see new faces here. Congratulations on deciding to have this life changing surgery. I know you posted about seeing your surgeon for a consultation and the fact that you have to wait 6 months. I would call them and see if they have a list or something for cancellations and see if you can't be put on that so you can get in sooner. Anyway, Congratulations, your gonna like it here.
