Dear Rhoda and all the readers of her surgery page~~~I just checked my e-mail and I saw that I received three notices that I sent a message to you. I hope it doesn't show up three times. I know I am losing weight but I don't want you all to think I am losing my mind. My computer may be angry with me. I was researching new computers today and she has been acting strangely. Rhoda... You've GOT to try Atkins... I'm on it now for weight loss prior to my surgery too. I was on it once before and was able to lose 60 lbs in like 6 months. Good Luck! Helen

hello all here it is the 18th of january and no more weight lost, need to loose 18lbs, and haven't been able to. am on slimfast to try to accomplish this, i feel like i'm failing, hopefully all will go well... thank Rhoda
