"First impression of Dr. Wallace was not so favorable. Not that he wasn't a nice man but he made me cry. I left that day and was determined to prove him wrong. Silly me, that is exactly what he was trying to do, he knew I had it in me all along but I needed that push. Having said all that, my impression changed drastically. Dr. Wallace is a phenomenal man who is straight and to the point but also so compassionate at the same time. He went to bat for and got me where I needed to be. As far as the staff goes, you can't find people better anywhere else. They are always there.......always. They go above and beyond what any one could ever expect. What future patients should know about Dr. Wallce is that you couldn't be in better hands. Period! Aftercare is very important to this program and it should be. I have seen so many people fail who don't have the after care. The structured after care is great. The support is always there. All risks of the surgery are addressed very openly. On a scale of 1 to 10 if I had to rate Dr. Wallace, 1000 wouldn't even come close. Surgical competence and beside manner go hand in hand and by all means Dr. Wallace is excellent at both."
