"My sister had Dr. Balder do her gastric bypass surgery and let me know that he was caring and knowledgeable Doctor, but I still had my fears b/f meeting him for the first time. From the time I entered his office, I was treated with nothing but respect from everyone. They treated me just like a normal person which is a great feeling. The whole staff was extremely caring which really made me feel more at ease. Dr. Balder took the time to sit down with me and explain not only the benefits, but the risks of the surgery. He explained everything completely. He explained things to me in a simple manner which made sure that I was able to truly grasp what was going on. This gave me a great feeling of comfort as I knew my surgeon knew exactly what he was doing. He also makes sure to keep up with you after surgery to make sure things are going well and to help you with any complications. He's a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone!"
