HAPPY Sunday everyone.

ok so i’m officially 3 months post op from my sleeve surgery......and between last month and this month i’ve noticed my hair is started to shed a lot more than usual. Not sure what to do and what pills to take. 

I heard biotin is good. Any other suggestions?

Hey everyone, 

goodmorning. So it’s been a little over a month for me since i’ve had my gastric sleeve done. I’ve lost a total of 42 pounds since. I’ve had some major complications in the beginning (which i will address later) but now i’m back on course.

But i’m just here to vent. Im still in my baby stage actually it all feels like, my stomach is still healing, and now as i approached the normal foods stage (everything comes back). I seem to be getting full a lot quicker, and it’s starting to become annoying. It’s really making me not want to eat anything. I guess im really embracing this new lifestyle.

but eating can become so much of a pain, to where I don’t want to eat but i have to. But yea once again just venting.
