Back on my weight loss journey

Hey, I remember joining Obesityhelp more than 3 years ago. At that time I was a svelte 160 and doing good with my health (Height: 6'1"). My biggest when I was 12 was 228 Pounds that I recorded but I ballooned up to 235 Pounds about 3 months ago. Now I am happy to say I have lost 32 pounds and I am down to 203.4 Pounds still losing. My goal ultimate goal is 180 Pounds but we'll see. Wish me luck!!!
