What unexpected things have you experienced with your spouse or significant other while going through this process?  I am scheduled for surgery in one week.  I'm a little nervous about changes with me and my lady.

What if it's 15 days long and you have a violation meal on day 11?  I'm on day 7 and have been dedicated and lost 15 lbs so far. 

I don't want to sound whinny, but I am going to start my pre-op diet on Monday.  I am not looking forward to it.  I have all the groceries I need, but I am recovering from a bad Upper Respiratory Infection and still feel

My surgery is scheduled for the second week of July.  I am very excited, but also going through a lot of emotional swings.  Are there things that the Obesity Help community wish they would have done during this waiting period that you can share with me

It took a lot for me to get the courage to get bariatric surgery.  I was locked into the bypass.  Dr. recommended the sleeve.  I'm scared of failure.  I wanted to lose 180+ pounds from 401.  Can I even come close with the sleeve.  Anyone out there swit
