I will keep a small sketch pad and pen in my purse and when I'm feeling stressed out or experience head hunger, I will work on it. At home, I can go up in my studio far from the kitchen and work on a painting.

Hello Cate, Prayers for you on your journey. Be strong and courageous! Keep moving and stay positive. My support group reminded me that we signed up for this. "This" meaning getting healthy by following the food and exercise plan!! I am awaiting approval. Much success!

Only a few days to go until your RNY surgery! I had RNY in 2001 and it was one of the best decisions I've made. All the best to you on your WLS journey to a healthy lifestyle!
