I am fairly new to this site, I am scheduled to have my surgery in a few days on March 21st at Toronto Western Hospital and I am trying to get a few last minute supplies. One being the cream soups, which ones are safe to use and buy.

I'm so excited that I have been approved for surgery. I am goin to meet surgeon and pay for optifast in Nov at TWH. Time is flying and I'm feeling so close now. Just sharing the new...

I really would like to join a support group but would like to find something closer to me then TWH. Does anyone have a group set up? I am in process for RNY. I do not have a surgery date yet. Looking for others who can relate. Any info helps. Thanks

Hello everyone. I am 34 and I have struggled with my weight for many years. I am 300 + lbs and currently going through many health issues. I decided to do this surgery because I really feel it will save my life. I am new to this site. I am still trying
