Hello, I call myself Mrs. Hopeful Because i am hopeful that i will be able to have gastric bypass surgey so can start a beginning of a whole new world. Well a little bit about me i am a 32 yr old mom and wife, My story sounds a lot like many i was always a chunky child when i approached my high school years i maintained a weight of 130lbs up until my senior year when i gave birth to my first son,and after delivery i weighed in at 202lbs and have not been out the 200 since maybe i was down once to about 180. This so far has been a long journey expecially the paper work 
. So let me jump ahead all that is in and i had my first appointment on March13,2008 Dr. Caruana seems to be a very caring Md. He told me that i am smaller than the average person seeking wls,but when we discused my underlined health problems we said we will see if it gets approved. So for know im just waiting from a word from Dr. C. office
