"My first impression was a very pleasant one. I felt that she really knew her stuff. So far she has lived up to all the research I have done, plus a little more. I felt very comfortable with her and I feel like I am a person to her, not just a paycheck. After the one on one with her and her giving me the approval, we ended the meeting with a hug. She gave me and my mom a hug like we have been life long friends. I feel very safe and content with the decision I made. One thing I was taught that if she asks you to do something...comply with it or she will be very unhappy. I will get back on here following my surgery and post more. "
