Well, I was 3 months post-op last week and by the MD's scales down 41 lbs!!!!! Yahooo!!!!!! This is such a wonderful journey!!! My band is keeping me in control. I get sick if I try to cheat and eat breads, or drink with my meals. I need that resriction!! It helps me stick with the program.

Well, I had my one month post-op visit with my surgeon today. By his scales I have lost 22 pounds!!!!! I cannot believe it. This new tool makes losing weight soooo much easier!!!!

Well, I am one month post-op today and I have lost 20 pounds!!!!!! I cannot believe it. The surgery makes it sooo much esier. I hope, by this time next year that I will be healthier and happier!!!!
Beginning My Journey

I had lap band surgery on3/24/08. My beginning weight was 298 pounds and thus far (3 weeks post-op) I have lost 17 pounds!!!! I am soo proud of making this decision and continuing on my weight loss journey.
