hello everyone, I'am a 35 yr. old single mom of 2 teenage boys. I live at Lake Ozark, MO. I've been overweight all my life and have a few complications because of it, I have been looking into having surgery and researching for a few yrs. and finally decided it is for me. I just had my consult with Dr. Hornbostel Feb. 7th. I just love him.
