"My first impression of Dr. G was on the tv show \"Big Medicine\". At the time I had been contemplating surgery for seven years and after seeing the episode where he refused to operate on someone. Even though Dr. G was threatened with being reported to higher authorities, I appreciated the integrity it took to stand firm and for the health of the patient and his safety. I also liked the fact that he and his father work so closely together. His office staff, for the most part have been very accomodating. I have noticed that, with the publicity from the tv show, they have been swamped and the office staff doesn't seem to be as easy-going as they were when I first visited the office in July, 2007. Aftercare program is extremely organized and structured. I receive regular e-mails regarding the new and upcoming classes for post-WLS patients. Overall, I would definitely refer him to others."
