"the worst part was the nursing staff. they were not friendly and i rarely saw the same one twice. I had broken equipment in my room and was told several times it would be repaired and it never was. The bed was the wrong kind of bed for me and was terribly uncomfortable. I requested a new one several times and told "later", but it never happened. Also it took the nurse too long to respond to a call...what if I was trouble?? It was uncomfortable, unrestful, very poor quality of care by the nursing staff."
