Ok..what is in the past is done...STOP now...wake up tomorrow and start all over again from the beginning. Find the strenth that you had in the beginning. You have done it before..you can do it again!!!

Noelle, sister I am with you everyday. I have been following your struggle with the pounds right above 200. As I look at your pictures, Im sure that you look so much more slender having lost another 60 pounds since your last picture. I am also sure that you look fabulous. I have lost about 55 pounds and cannot imagine being 200 hundred pounds. I am so happy that your are sharing your experience. You have done so well in spite of your plateaus, and I find this to be very encouraging. Take Care Noelle, Im cheering for you.
