"2/20/02: Upon initial consultation with Dr. Friedman, I find him to be friendly, to the point and easy to understand. He was very thorough about all the procedures he plans to do, and any complications that may arise from the surgery. He ordered further testing: 1. Pulminologist (lung) doctor to determine reason for shortness of breath. 2. dietician to go over all aspects of diet. 3. And a sleep apnea study. He was grateful that I spent time obtaining a preauthorization from my insurance company for the surgery. I will meet with him again hopefully to schedule surgery after all the required tests are performed and he has the results. He also gave me his email address so I can ask questions or relay any pertinent information necessary to surgery."
