"I met Dr. Carlin 6/16/04 and was very impressed with him. He seemed very knowledgeable in his field. The office staff were very nice. Dr. Carlin is a no nonsense Dr. he is very polite and straight forward. He answered all of my questions as well as asked me a few questions. He has a strict before and aftercare program. He addressed the risks of the surgery very well and made it to where it could be understood by anyone. I would rate him very good from a scale from 1-10, I would rate him to be 8."
