I am 2 years out and am maintaining at 125 pounds.  I exercise about 2 to 4 times a week, preferring pilates and the treadmill.  I am working part-time and have my own business on the side with my husband.  Life is good.  I got a clean bill of health last week with bloodwork just fine.

It still takes a conscious effort to stay on track.  I can not eat or do whatever I want without suffering weight fluctuations.  I can't stand to gain more than two pounds because I feel uncomfortable and it's too easy to keep going.  I find that if I gain a pound or two I crank up the exercise and increase my protein and water.  I usually drop the unwanted pounds in a day or two.  What a difference from the past when an eating binge ended up lasting  a lifetime. LOL.
