Rollin L. Thrift

"My first impression of him was a little shaky. After meeting and talking to him, I feel very comfortable in allowing him to complete the surgery. His staff is very helpful. I keep contacting them for assistance with my appeal, they are not willing to appeal my insurance since my husbands is paying the majority, but they are helping me with information needed. What I liked least about him is the fact that I wanted an answer to a question about someone I know that has had the surgery and he thought I was talking about myself and answered negatively, but I think I made myself clear so he changed his perspective. He's very blunt and informative. He will answer any and all questions you have to ensure you are comfortable with him. He really emphasizes aftercare. He will not release you to go back to work if you don't follow up with him. He addressed the risks of surgery as well as what changes will occur after surgery rather informatively. I would rate him overall as a very informative and knowledgeable surgeon and feel very positive that I am allowing him to be the one that will perform surgery on myself. I think overall, both surgical competence and bed manner are important, because a person needs to know that the doctor is competent to perform surgery on you, as well as be a strong person to be able to make you feel comfortable before, during, and after surgery."

"The hospital is very nice, the staff are very pleasant and well infomed, I can't wait until they perform my surgery. I know I am in good hands."
