Thanks for the congratulations!! I almost forgot my anniversary was coming up so fast. I haven't lost any weight for the past 3 months and I feel like a failure. I lost 75 lbs. and feel so much better than I did before the surgery but there is something missing. Maybe my expectations were too high. Also, I had been so faithful about updating my profile every month and I lost my profile while typing in an update. That's why there is nothing in my profile. I was so bummed out about it that I haven't been here in a long time. Thnaks again.....MJ PS. I would have the surgery again in a heartbeat!!

Well, into day 3 and all is progressing well. Blood is back to normal; into the ounce per hour water regimen, and a little walking around, but she tires quickly. Tomorrow we both hope for a big improvment!! I'll let you all know how it goes. Thanks again for your support! MJC's husband!

A minor complication occurred last night due to bleeding at one of the drainage tube sites, which required Mary Jane to get a pint of blood today. The great news is her leak test was successful.....NO Problems!!! She spent the day in ICU but we expect to get moved to general inpatient room tomorrow. Thanks for your support!!!

Mary Jane, Just want you to know i am thinking of you, hope all is going well and hope to see you soon back in NH so i can see the new you...By the way my new pics are up but i have to send newer ones in the others are 2 monts old...anyway hope your doing well take care and email when you get hone to let me know how your doing.

Mary Jane had her surgery this AM and all went very well. She was in constant touch with her morphine pump, but she was coherent enough to really appreciate value of all her friends and well wishers through the initial phase of this life changing experience.
