"Dr. Randy Gould is an excellent surgeon and is a partner in a very highly respected and prestigious surgical practice (Norfolk Surgical Group). He is very kind and caring and has a great bedside manner. I am fortunate that I have been under his care for various surgical consults and procedures for about 5 years. Dr. Gould is very easy to talk to. The office staff is great and the office is very well run. There are support group meetings every month for their WLS patients and there is a very strong aftercare program."
