Surgery date scheduled for 3/3/08. Excited and a bit nervous.

My journey started 8/10/07 when I attended a seminar on WLS. It was somewhat informative but nothing new. I had searched obesityhelp from end to end prior to the seminar so everything Adam said was already familiar to me.
I was given and appointment for 9/27/07 and went in for a physical and evaluation. That went well, with 9 co-morbidities for the insurance company (Aetna) to evaluate.
Yesterday 10/13/07 I received a letter from CMMC/Dr. Cleveland's office requesting a 6 month medically supervised diet verification for the insurance company. Tomorrow I will ask my PCP if he will send this info in or if he considers we have done one in the last 2 years. If so great, if not then I'll have to wait 6 months I suppose.
It appears this is the only hold up at the present time. All prayers appreciated. God Bless you.
