Depending on your taste buds, you may like this. I tried the Strawberry & Cream, but am having a hard time finding a shake with soy protein that doesn't make me gag.

These bars are great. 200 cals. 15 g protein. They are great for some added protein which I need a lot! They also satisfy my sugar fix and provide some crunch unlike other protein bars which tend to be a hard goo. I usually eat half a bar for a snack.
