Here is my second update, I talked to Anne herself this morning and she sounded great, peppy even. She only got into her room at 10 pm last night. She had already been up to walk 3 times and started her sips of water by 10 am. She said they were able to do it lap and instead of stapes they used that new suture glue. She says she has less pain than her two c-sections :o)Sounds like you are doing great Anne! Way to go cousin, can't wait to see you when you get home!

Anne has been very supportive to me these past few days, I am having surgery this Thursday. Tonight I went to the pre-op/post-op meetings at the Hospital where Anne had her surgery. I couldn't wait for a break so I could find out how Anne did today and all of a sudden the Dr. (who was Anne's surgeon) was talking about how long people stay in the hospital and he says, "the women who had surgery this morning is sitting up and she already wants to go home." So, I knew she was doing great. I'm happy for you Anne! I'm right behind you girl!

Ok, finaly I have an update. Anne's mom just called me from the hospital and said that Anne had just got out of surgery and was doing fine. Her surgery was later than expected and I guess it also took longer than the surgeon to do that expected, but the important thing is that she made it to the other side!:o) Anne's mom said the Dr. Told them they should go home since it would be atleast 5 hours before they could see her and even then she would be very out of it. I will update as I get the updates myself, I will probably not know anything else until tomorrow. Thanks to all for your prayers and well wishes!
