Hi Teresa, we only met once in Dr. A office. We had surgery the same day. I wanted to congratulate you on your weighloss. We ar ejust about on the same page for weihgtloss. I have lost 53 pounds. I find it kinda slow. I am still happy about it though. I think it something Dr. A did to his Sept 24 people. (lol)

Teresa, Good luck with your upcoming surgery. Nervous? Scared? Excited? All of the above? You'll do just fine. Don’t worry about getting in all your protein the first couple of weeks. Focus on drinking enough water…SIP, SIP, SIP. Another important thing is to get as much sleep as possible the first two weeks. Your body needs the rest and you’ll be VERY tired.
