Tracy, go to WalMart and get the LifeSaver Sugar Free Butter Toffees, they are awesome and you won't believe that they are sugar free. They are about 88 cents a bag and you get 5 for a serving that has only 45 calories. They've been so helpful to me and my sweet tooth!

Tracy, I am so happy that you have had your surgery and are recovering well. I was worried about the attack and it affected you. I hope all is alright with and your loved ones. Although things will never be the same, at least you will be healthier.DArcelle Williams

To everyone who's following Tracy's journey through surgery, I have news to share about her condition. I spoke to her earlier today and she is doing fine. She has been up and about. She is due to start clear liquids today. She told me that she is so thankful to have the surgery behind her. Her doctor has told her that she is likely to be released on Monday. Her pain has subsided some, but she hurts very badly when she coughs. Let's continue to pray for our Tracy---She'll be recovered soon and enjoying her new, healthier body....In her size 8 jeans ; ).

Tracy.....Wow can you belive that we are so close to our date. Ohh sorry I guess that I should do this different. I have surgery the same day as you do. I am so excited for you. I hope that you have a easy surgery and a fast and painless recovery. COngrats. I will be praying for you.

Tracy~I wish you the best with your upcoming surgery.11 weeks and 50 lbs later I can definately say this is the greatest thing I have ever done for myself.Keep us posted on your progress. God Bless~Kim
