Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

Hey Susan! You are in excellent hands with Dr. Gordon and Dr. Gonzalvo! They were my surgeons too and feel blessed that I found them. I flew through the surgery and owe a lot to them. I also was at Morton Plant as well and everyone was terrific. Well no.. there was ONE night nurse... a large black woman who hates her job and is burned out.. She doesn't call you by your name. Your name will be "Bed 1" or "Bed 2" LOL. But the rest of them make us up for it. I think it's a fantastic hospital. I can't wait until you will be sitting next to me on the LOSERS BENCH and we will melt away together! -Marianne C.
