Amy ~ Girl! Welcome Back!! I'm so glad to hear that you are finally doing better!!! I had called and spoke w/ your DH and your son, right before I had my surgery, (7/3/02), and you were in the hospital. I misplaced your phone number and I have been checking your profile EVERYDAY, hoping that you would post that you were "okay"!!! I cannot put into words how happy I am that you are on the road to recovery. Good to hear that you are going back to work on Monday, 9/30...I found that getting back into my "routine", made me feel much more "normal", (although I didn't have as rough a road as you apparently have). I have missed you and I'm thankful that you are doing better. Email me or call, if you'd like...I would love to talk to you! Take Care!

Amy, Hope all is going well after sgy. I am 13 days post op lap rny in PA and am glad to be on the other side. Thoughts and well wishes are with you. :) mary

I am so glad your surgery went well. Dr Rovito is a great guy. Welcome to the Losers club. Keep posting as your journey continues. 3.5 months later and I am 72 lbs lighter.

Hey! I just got home from seeing Amy in the hospital -- OMG she looks so good!!!! She is uncomfortable from the gas pains in her chest, but is taking NO pain meds!!! She is running a bit of a fever right now, due to the anestesia (sp?) but if that goes down and she passes her leak test its home tomorrow! She was laughing and joking around -- man this makes my life a lot easier, because I am going to be in her place next thursday! Take care and God bless you guys! Love,Heather

Whooooooooopie!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sweet angelette AMY MCRAE has successfully made it to the other side!!!! I spoke with her husband this mornging and he told me that he had spoken to the Dr. and everyting went as planned!!! I am so happy for Amy and her family! I will be taking her card to the hospital today when I go for my PAT. Please sign it a.s.a.p to congratulate AMY on her great news!! Thanks guys! Heather
