Hi kim. I rember you coming in my line at agrocery store that closed down recently in panama city and i remember making a comment about your weight loss. I am proud of you. its nice to see a familiar face, even though you may not remember me. Jan 26 is my meeting with my surgeon and I am real excited. I have all my paperwork ready and all the refrences. Keep up the good work!

KIM~~ No one smokes in my vehicle or in my house- not even my husband.... You have every right to expect some common courtesy from them... if it was their car, they could smoke (which is why I always make sure when I travel with a smoker, I take my car) Tell them that you will be happy to stop for them to take a "smoke break" when they need to (and then make sure to allow plenty of time to do that)
