Pat, I am a huge salty/sweet lover! Some things I like to eat that have alot of protein are cheese, Carmel Nut Blast Balance bars, Hot wings w/blue cheese, and Pamento cheese salami roll ups(easy to make). Get creative with cheese. I sample different cheeses so I don't get bored. I try to stay away from chips. They don't make me get sick, but they don't make me feel good either. I also find the chips don't fill me up well. I love Pringles and Keetle cooked chips but I have found these alternatives make me feel better and are what my body needs. Making the right food choices is still a part of life but I think my choices are all yummie so I don't feel deprived. Find alternatives you love. Good luck!
