A S -- I wish you the best with your journey ahead. It seems like a long journey, but you will get there. You have to adhere to what they are telling you. Just remember, once you loose the 10 pounds you still have continue on the downward trend. Do not put it back on again. I had lost 12 pounds to begin with and was then told that they do not like to see it put back on again. I just had to make up my mind that I was going to do this. I had lost a total of 33 pounds before surgery and have lost another 32 since surgery (that does not include the 20 pounds I lost before starting the program). I can be done--just set your mind to it. Now that I can eat regular foods again, many of my favorites do not agree with me. I just have to wait a while and try again. One thing that helped was that I gave up all sweets for Lent. Then I had a few tastes before starting the program and they just did not taste that good. I have not had a sweet since the beginning of May and frankly, I do not miss them. Take care of yourself (you are important) and the results will come.
