"I meet Dr.Abkin many years ago through a Dr. that I worked for in the morristown area, my first impression of Dr.Abkin was wonderful, he was very professional, polite and just spoke highly of his work. His first impression stuck with me years after i stopped working for that Dr. When I decided that I was going to go for weight loss surgery, I went to other seminars with different doctors, but just did not feel a good vibe. So time went on and I came across Dr.Abkin's name and rembered how much a wonderfiul Dr he is and I googled his name and found his office. I was happy that I was able to find him....I went to one of his seminars and had a very good feeling about him and his practice. His office staff helps make the process alot easy.. They go through it with you from start to finish. Messages get to the right people and are always returned in a timley fashion.
After surgery in your follow up he talks about the healing process and also what comes along with weight loss surgery. He takes time to answer all you questions and explains everything in good detail. He addresess the risks of surgery to cover all absects of it. I would rate Dr Abkin on a very high level. He is a wonderful Dr., he takes his job to another level and takes your life in his hands. I am completley honored to have him as my surgeon and feel so at ease with my journey to weight loss and my decesion of having him as my Doctor. He has great bed side manner and wonderful surgical competence.
