"I liked Dr. Floyd from the beginning. He is on the quiet side but quick to laugh and joke with you. He explained everything with a straight forward manner so that you would understand what you were getting yourself into. The office staff is exceptional especially Kenny who without his help the process with insurance would be as pain free as it was. He has the answers and he gets back to you when you need questions answered about your insurance.
The office has a very structured aftercare program that leaves little for doubt. I am glad I chose this office because of the way I was treated and the coordination that exists between the office and the hospital.
I know it says things cannot be 100% but for me the experience was organized and pleasant. I have no complaints about the process. I saw Dr. Floyd for the first time on October 21st and my surgery was November 21st. I recommend this office and Edmond Medical Center."
