Hey Debbie, Read your message and your profile. You are too hard on yourself. I don't dumb on sweets either, although if I eat too much I will throw-up and have to lay down. I make the effort to not have the sweets since I don't dumb. I could drink the juices and probably soda's but I wanted this surgery so badly that I have to stay focus on my goal. When I didn't watch it I gained a pound and it freaked me out. I understand the money problems, girl I have been there and not to far from it now. But you just take it one day at a time. You can only pay so much out of what you make. Contact the people you owe and see if you can make arrangements. Some are willing to work with you. Don't beat yourself up just be determine to do better. Keep your head up and believe in yourself and why you did the surgery. I'll keep you in prayer.

Deb, read your post, I am 5 mos, don't through up, never havem don't dump, can eat everything. Email me privately if you havea fax # and I will fax you the sheets I got from my nutrionist the other day. I see her once a month. She gave me a lot of good advice. Heather (Open RNY 8/15 - 305/218/150)
