Hey there! I was just checking to see if you had updated this thing! How are you doing? Maybe we will cross paths again in the doctors office for our one year appointment! Bless!

Hey there! thanks so much for leaving me a status... I was wondering how you were doing! you looked so uncomfortable when I left and it sucked because I knew there was nothing I could do to help. but I am glad you are getting better. please feel free to contact me [email protected] I would love to chat with you! I have lost 20 pounds and I feel great (minus, of course, the ickie liquid-mush diet, but eh... I knew what I signed up for!). keep in touch!

Carmen, As you take your journey to the inner, and thinner you, remember: The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 For I am the LORD, you God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13 Don't tell GOD how big your storm is. Tell the storm how big your GOD is! Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31 I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears. Surely, I will heal you. 2 Kings 20:5 I'm hoping you have a successful surgery, a rapid recovery, and much success in your weight loss journey. Des's date of surgery 3/13/2002 Pre-op weight =316#'s, , current weight on 7/10/03 = 174#'s
