I had a Psychological Evaluation with Dr. O (what a waste of time). Dr O informed me that he could not find anything wrong with me and that he wasn't going to make any money off of me. If I wanted him to write my letter I had to pay him $200 and if I didn't pay I wouldn't get the letter. Dr O stated he's had a hard time collecting his $$$$ from insurances companies in the past. He wants to get paid for his services. Damn my Psychologist needs to see a Psychologist. To justify my next visit Dr O wants to give me a 2 hour test. I aksed Dr. O what type of test he wanted me to take and he would not answer me. I kept praying the whole session Lord help me to not hurt this man. I called Cigna when I got home and informed them that Dr O wants me to pay him $200 for a test. I told the rep I informed Dr O that my co-pay with Cigna was $35 but he still wants me to pay him $200. Dr O told me I could file a claim with Cigna for a refund. I also informed the rep that Dr O mentioned that he wasn't going to make lot of money off of me. The Cigna rep told me to not worry about anything they would take care of Dr. O. Cigna called me three times that night. The three reps and two supervisors at Cigna stated a personality test was not necessary. The next morning I was still mad so I called the facility where Dr O works and left a detailed message on Dr S's (Director) voicemail informing her that Dr O is an _ss and that I reported him to Cigna. Dr S returned my phone call and says she would like to meet me. She has an opening on July 17th.
